FFUN Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Office in Saskatoon. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and looking to build their professional experience in a fast-paced business.

This won’t be a role where every day looks the same. One minute you may be coordinating a meeting or organizing documents, and the next you could be picking something up across the city, helping prepare for an event, or supporting one of our executives with a personal errand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Corporate Office and leadership team
• Assist with calendar coordination, meetings, documents, printing, scanning, filing, and general office administration
• Complete errands, pickups, deliveries, and other tasks throughout Saskatoon
• Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
• Help coordinate meetings, lunches, events, travel arrangements, and office activities
• Order and maintain office supplies and help keep common areas organized
• Receive visitors and help create a welcoming, professional Corporate Office environment
• Assist with basic data entry, spreadsheets, correspondence, and document preparation
• Support special projects and jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed
• Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

What we're looking for:

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking more for the right attitude and approach.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• A positive, helpful, “I’ll take care of it” attitude
• Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
• Reliable and able to follow through on commitments
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, or able to learn quickly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Professionalism and good judgment
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for errands and pickups
• Previous administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is an asset, but not required
