We’re currently seeking an energetic and detail-driven Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is essential to ensuring our gourmet food products are produced to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

    What You'll Do:

As a QA Technician, you'll be at the heart of our food safety program—sampling products, performing testing, and verifying processes. Your day will include:

    • Conducting daily product sampling and testing

    • Performing lab maintenance and ensuring compliance with GMP and good lab practices

    • Monitoring pre-operational and operational inspections

    • Investigating deviations and recommending corrective actions

    • Validating CCPs, reviewing pre-shipment documents, and releasing products for shipment

    • Keeping meticulous records, analyzing trends, and communicating findings

    • Collaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to maintain our SQF and HACCP standards

    What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also collaborative and committed to continuous improvement. You have:

    • A diploma or degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

    • Formal training in HACCP and GMP (Train-the-Trainer is a plus!)

    • Hands-on experience in lab testing and QA practices

    • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance

    • Impeccable attention to detail and documentation accuracy

    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a knack for data analysis

    • A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

    Why You’ll Love It Here:

    • Be part of a team that prides itself on innovation, integrity, and delivering top-tier gourmet products

    • Work in a hands-on lab and production environment where your work directly impacts food safety and customer satisfaction

    • Engage in continuous training and professional development through our comprehensive training matrix

    • Join a company committed to safety, sustainability, and high-quality standards
