Product Specialist

Your mission

A new role within our team, this opportunity focuses on supporting the product managers with the enhancement and management of our broadband, voice, and value-added products.  The role does not require telecommunications experience, though it will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to learn market, commercial, technical, and operational skills, as part of a growing team within Fibrus.  A willingness to learn and work in an unstructured context is essential and will provide excellent opportunities for career development. 

• Build relationships across the business to facilitate product management and development.
• Own product training for new product introductions and ‘train the trainer’.
• Own in life product operational improvement
• Manage price change implementations
• Support the product team with management of in-life product enhancements, including market research, financial analysis, process analysis.
• Collaborate with customer experience manager and go-to-market manager to understand customer pain points and develop a roadmap for ongoing product improvement.
• Develop and document customer journeys, business processes and IT requirements.
• Collate reports and present data with meaningful insights.
• Analyse market research and technology trends
• Analyse pricing and commercial opportunities

Your profile

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• At least 2 years commercial experience. 
• The ability to work independently and be a self-starter. 
• Positive approach to solving problems and seeking consensus in decision-making. 
• Experience in a sales support, customer support, marketing or business analysis role within telecommunication is preferable but not essential – individuals from a utilities background or similar are also welcomed. 
• Willingness to learn new concepts and proactively manage career development. 
• Good communication, presentation and influencing skills. 
• Strong competency in the use of MS Office. 
• Comfortable with financial analysis.
