Internship Program (Summer 2027)

The Intern Program for Mutual Bancorp, Cape Cod Five, Bluestone Bank and Fidelity Bank is open for applications for 2027!  This program focuses on two major pillars of personal and professional development, with learning and networking opportunities provided throughout the program. By the end of the summer, each intern will have the opportunity to learn how the Bank operates from business line leaders across the organization, obtain essential information regarding personal financial responsibility, gain a better understanding of credit, loans, benefit packages, and more.

Program Details:
- Minimum 10 worked weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Runs from May to August (flexible start and end dates)

Qualifications:

• An overall GPA of 3.5 is strongly preferred, along with 18 business-related credits preferred.
• Preference will be given to students who are entering their junior and senior year of college.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing are essential.
• Previous experience in a banking, accounting, or finance environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and experience preferred.
• Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
