    • Drive prioritization and implement improvements in execution with a focus on automation to reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.
    • Develop a solid understanding of the quantitative investment process, including data inputs, data validation, index methodology research, issue resolution and downstream operational dependencies.

    • Experience identifying anomalies, assessing data quality issues, and designing processes to improve workflow reliability and control.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, investment, operational, and senior leadership teams.
    • Ability to design effective processes, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively surface risks, gaps, and dependencies.
    • Contributes positively to the team environment and is committed to strengthening Fidelity’s culture through accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field.
    • 5 plus years of experience in investment operations, data operations, business operations, or a related financial services support function.
