With over 1,25,000 sales users representing over 750+ CPG brands across 25+ countries in South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, we reach 25,000 distributors and 7.5 million retail outlets every day.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none;"><strong>For one in the Seat:</strong></span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none;"><strong>Requirements :</strong></span></div><div><br></div><ol><li>Work closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth and timely<br>project execution.</li><li>Conduct in-depth training sessions for international client project stakeholders on using<br>the product.</li><li>Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.</li><li>Guide international clients on product features and how to use them effectively.</li><li>Drive client scale-ups to reach enterprise-level penetration across global teams.</li><li>Update clients about new feature developments and enhancements as per their business<br>requirements.</li><li>Monitor product adoption and usage by international users.</li><li>Configure and demonstrate the product to clients during the pre-execution phase, if needed.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with global clients.</li><li>Travel to international client office locations, as required.</li></ol><div><br></div><div> <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none;"><strong>Who we're looking for: </strong></span><br><br></div><div>1.

Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint<br>5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude<br>6.
