This role combines:<br><br></div><ul><li>Individual Enterprise Hunting (Primary Revenue Driver)</li><li>On-ground Market Development</li><li>Strategic Account Building<br><br>The mandate is simple:<br> Win anchor enterprise logos, build deep customer relationships, and create a predictable revenue engine.<br>This role requires frequent travel to Africa (Kenya, Nigeria being key markets)  and significant time spent in-market building executive relationships across FMCG, Beverage, Pharma, and Consumer distribution companies.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Direct Enterprise Revenue Ownership :<br><br>Personally own and close large enterprise deals.<br>Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.<br>Anchor CXO-level conversations (Sales, GTM, Ops, IT).<br>Drive commercial negotiations and deal structuring.<br>Build and maintain executive relationships across top target accounts.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Market Development & Customer Network Building<br>Spend significant time in Africa  building:<br>CXO network<br>Industry referrals<br>Consultant & ecosystem relationships<br>Develop a strong understanding of Africa’s complex distribution landscape.<br>Provide structured market intelligence back to Product Teams.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Account Strategy & Expansion<br>Build structured account plans for top 25 enterprise targets.<br>Drive multi-channel approach to land meetings.<br>Partner with Customer Success & Pre-sales  for long-term solutioning. .</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Cross-Functional Coordination<br>Align with:<br>SDR / Demand Gen for named account targeting<br>Pre-sales for solution architecture, BRD Documentation and scope alignment<br>Product for On-Ground Insights<br>Implementation/CS for seamless go-lives<br>Keeping Customer Centricity in mind - drive internal navigation.<br><br><br></li></ul><div><span style="color: rgba(0,0,0,var(--O42jJQ,1)); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-kerning: none;"><strong>Who we're looking for:</strong></span></div><div><br></div><ul><li>4-6  years in B2B enterprise SaaS or  AI-enabled solution selling.

(Must Have)</li><li>Must have experience of Consultative selling</li><li>Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals of Avg Size 50k-100k ARR.</li><li>Strong exposure to the consumer distribution ecosystem if preferred.</li><li>Experience in Africa or emerging markets preferred.</li></ul>
