    Job description

These are your key tasks: As part of the Disputes team, the role supports team members in administrative and procedural aspects of the contractual disputes before the FIFA Football Tribunal by:   Carrying out the initial analysis of claims received by FIFA via the Legal Portal and ensuring the completeness of case files.   Supporting other members of the Disputes team in the preparation of case files for decision by the FIFA Football Tribunal.  Assisting the Disputes team in their daily administrative and business activities.  Handling of administrative matters, such as drafting communications based on pre-existing templates, ensuring deadlines are met, and addressing queries from interested parties.  We work hard at FIFA.

The specific requirements/competencies we require for this position are: University degree; degree in law, legal studies or related field an asset  Good planning and organizational skills  Knowledge of basic principles of law  Knowledge of sports law and, specifically, football law Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with good administrative background  Fluent in English  Proficiency in Spanish and/or French Proficient in MS Office  Experience with the Transfer Matching System (TMS), FIFA Legal Portal and/or JIRA an asset  Detail-oriented  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral  Autonomy and excellence, positively impacting the efficiency and quality of work, resulting in an optimal service to stakeholders  Self-confidence and diplomacy  Proactive and solution-driven Innovation skills, with a great ability to embrace change and new technologies/processes  Flexibility and adaptability  Ability to set priorities effectively  Ability to work under pressure  Team player  Professional, approachable, and empathic  Cooperative
