    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: £25,604.23 - £26,786.83 (Pro-Rata)

    Working Pattern: 20 Hours per week, split shifts Monday to Friday 7:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm

    Location: Training & Resource Centre, Maitland Street, Dunfermline

    Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – 20 hours per week working Monday to Friday 7:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm, 52 weeks contract

    • You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 - £26,786.83 pro rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

    • We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

    • Travel expenses will be paid – we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car.

    • Pay is every 4 weeks

    • Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland)

    This work is about ensuring staff and pupils can return to a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. 

    No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate

    The Person

    No previous experience is required as on the job training is given.

    Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a Team.

    Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

    Have the ability to travel to numerous locations within the specified area of work - a current Driving Licence is desirable.

    You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
