What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company-provided Amazon delivery van
- Deliver packages accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Follow all Amazon safety standards and company policies
- Use a handheld delivery device for navigation and package scanning
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift
- Work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch when needed
- Maintain a positive attitude in changing weather and delivery conditions
We're looking for drivers who consistently prioritize safety above all else, demonstrate strong reliability, and are committed to delivering high-quality work with care and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable walking 18,000–25,000 steps per day
- Able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and heat
- Able to deliver after dark
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
Physical Demands
This is an active position that typically includes:
- 100–190 delivery stops per day
- 220–400 packages per route
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and walking
- Driving and navigating residential and commercial neighborhoods throughout the day
