Du verbindest technisches Know-how mit moderner Mitarbeiterführung und unterstützt dein Team dabei, qualitativ hochwertige Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln und eine starke Engineering-Kultur zu etablieren.
Die Rolle eignet sich besonders für Persönlichkeiten, die technologische Exzellenz mit Leadership verbinden und aktiv die Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Neo Brokers & Finanz Portals mitgestalten möchten. Neben der Führung des Teams bringst du deine Erfahrung aktiv in Produkt- und Technologieentscheidungen ein und hilfst dabei, innovative Investment- und Trading-Erlebnisse für unsere Nutzer zu schaffen.
