- 5+ years’ experience in hands on web development using Ruby on Rails web application framework.
- Strong full-lifecycle experience developing web applications.
- Ability to automate Rails Deployments (Jenkins and Capistrano).
- Proficiency with MySQL querying, HTML, JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript & CSS.
- Excellent understanding of object oriented design principles.
- Ability to integrate and use Open APIs.
- Strong knowledge in relational database core concepts, functions, triggers and events etc.,
- Proficient in maintaining Virtual Private Servers (From Rackspace, AmazonAWS and Google Cloud, etc.,)
- Ability to deploy and maintain web applications with best practices across multiple servers with proficiency in load balancing them.
- Experience in Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS and Javascript)
- Passion for video games is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in hands on web development using Ruby on Rails web application framework.
