Requirements:
** * Strong academic background (background in STEM is preferred). * Prior experience in machine learning engineering or data science for 3-6 years. * Proven track record of bringing machine learning models to production. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Comfortable to take ownership over building new data & AI project. * Strong communication and teamwork within team and other project stakeholders. * Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. * Proficiency in Finance and GenAI related projects with proven experience.
