About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our cross-functional product builder team and own meaningful product problems across our investment and advisory platform.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand complex customer and business problems, make product decisions, and turn them into products that create create measurable customer and business impacts.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently within a defined product area, while having the curiosity and judgment to challenge assumptions and find better ways to solve problems and create outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own product problems and outcomes within your product area, from problem discovery through delivery, measurement and iteration.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities by connecting customer needs, business objectives and data, and translate them into clear product priorities, roadmap and direction.
- Work closely with stakeholders to navigate the complexities of financial products and regulated environments while balancing customer experience, business needs, operational constraints and risk.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Data and Operations throughout the product lifecycle with sufficient business, customer and technical context.
What we’re looking for
Product Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product, product area or meaningful product problem end-to-end with the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure hard, ambiguous problems and identify practical solutions.
- Make sound product decisions and prioritize work based on customer and business impact, using available data and context.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders who have different goals, priorities, and perspectives.
- Familiarity with Agile product development and software development concepts such as APIs, databases, authentication and system integrations.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Business, and Legal & Compliance.
- Can-do attitude / Commitment / Self-motivation
Domain expertise
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, investment, wealth management, brokerage, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience or strong working knowledge of trading and settlement processes, particularly across investment products, is a strong plus.
