Your role at Finoverse

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional materials (Web3-focused).

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various channels, including social media and EDM.

• Build and nurture relationships with Web3 communities, influencers, and industry partners.

• Identify, establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations within the Web3 community.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to optimize future campaigns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3 developments to ensure content relevance.

• Responsible for planning and hosting various events, including conferences, VIP gatherings, global seminars, and business networking receptions (Web3-focused).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the agenda that meets the event's goals.

• Research and identify potential speakers who align with the event’s theme.

• Drive innovation in marketing approaches tailored for the decentralized Web3 ecosystem.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism / Public Relations, or related field

• At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content management within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Experience with community engagement and building relationships with industry influencers.

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, previous experience working in startups or small teams would be a plus

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
