The Role:
Warehouse
Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Route Driver
Duties:
- Serves as backup to our Route Drivers Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products or equipment.
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Load and unload goods, verifying the accuracy of delivery contents.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.

- Service Technician
Duties:
- Perform basic service tasks, such as assembling, installing, or repairing equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with products or machinery.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
- Report any major service issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.

- General Support: Fill in across roles to support seamless operations, including assisting other team members.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, service techs, drivers and customer service teams to coordinate tasks.
