Banking Operations Processor

Hours:  Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:

This position plays a vital role in the organizational effectiveness of First Horizon Bank, providing administrative support to all financial centers to ensure a smooth and efficient operational process.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with questions and issues about products, services, discrepancies, and customer information files.
• Ensures customer records are correct.
• Ensures cases are resolved properly.
• Supports the Branches, Back Office, with any DDA CDA or IRA related Questions.
• We verify and process all Signature Cards, Business Documents and Legal Documents from the Branches and Back Office.
• We maintenance two Department mailboxes daily

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
• Relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with a 10-key calculator or number pad.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Precise hand/eye coordination
• Basic keyboarding/typing skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills.
