Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage
Experience
Preferred Skills
Strong customer-facing and leadership experience
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, validation testing, and industrialization
Experience leading cross-functional teams
PMP certification is an advantage
Background in EMS or Tier 1/2 Automotive; FPC/PCB knowledge is a plus
Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949
Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
