B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degree
At least with 1yr CQE or related working experience in Electronics or Semicon Industry
Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements. • With excellent communication skills. • Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits. • Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills. • Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs. • Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools. • Keen to detail; can work with minimum supervision; with good analytical and critical thinking. • Can work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision. • Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage • Project Management experience is an advantage • Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
