Responsible for generating plans, implementing, and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of projects. Establishing motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
Support Company’s wide cost reduction project. Analyse and maintains capacity on assigned area as well as making plan and execution how to improve capacity.
Conducts Motion and time analysis in target processes
Conducts cost and benefit comparison for target projects
Supervises Process Improvement associate
Conducts Kaizen step 1 training to FSCT Employees, and promotes and execute Kaizen mind culture development.
Minimum Requirements:
BS Industrial Engineering Graduate
At least two (2) years of work experience as Kaizen Engineer or CI engineer
Computer Literate (Excel, Microsoft word, Power point)
Knowledgeable to expert in Time and Motion study.
Knowledgeable to expert in Kaizen methodologies, Continuous Improvement , productivity improvement activities
Willing to be assigned in LISP 1, Cabuyao City, Laguna
