Job description

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
At least 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development
Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage.
Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS
Experience in administrative or HR support roles
Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts
Good coordination and organizational skills
Basic facilitation and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and results-focused
Ability to follow processes and timelines
Training Program Development
Training Needs Analysis
Training Planning and Coordination
Training Facilitation
Training Implementation and Monitoring
