Primary Function:
He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities related to the production of flexible printed circuits following a pre-set production schedule in order that the required quantity of production is met at the specified quality levels and the lowest possible cost.
Job Requirements:
College Graduate (at least 4 year course but preferably Engineering graduate).
With at least 3 to 5 year experience as production supervisor in manufacturing company.
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes.
Can effectively communicate.
MS Office
Strong background in handling people.
Can work under pressure.
Customer Service oriented.
Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
Knowledgeable in FMEA, SPC, Why Why Analysis, OCAP and Production Planning
