Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics company.
Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration).
Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
