Auto Service Technician

Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose the problem(s).
• Provide an excellent customer service experience by performing quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and completion of manufacturer training Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills Maintain a safe and clean workspace
