This position assists customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories
• Support service technicians by accurately and efficiently fulfilling internal parts requests
• Maintain accurate inventory control, including stocking, receiving, and organizing parts
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
• Utilize dealership management systems to look up parts, pricing, and availability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter area
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
