Talent Acquisition & Social Recruiting Intern (Remote, Part-Time)

We’re seeking a motivated individual with an interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR to join our team remotely. This part-time, paid internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on recruiting and HR experience in a dynamic, global company that’s leading the way in the golf/sports and eatertainment space.

Hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, events, entertainment, catering, retail, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. This could also be a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who is interested in transitioning into recruiting or Human Resources and building hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.

You’ll work closely with our recruiting team to help identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for the people who bring our Five Iron venues to life. Passion for golf is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do:

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels for corporate and venue roles.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring roles such as servers, bartenders, line cooks, event staff, and venue leadership.
• Research local hospitality talent markets, schools and training programs, professional groups, and other candidate communities.
• Review resumes and applications against established role requirements and flag potential candidates for recruiter review.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Post, update, and audit job listings and keep job descriptions current and consistent.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS and recruiting trackers.
• Support the candidate experience, answering applicant questions and sending timely status updates.
• Collaborate on projects that improve our hiring process, such as building interview guides, templates, or recruiting reports.

Who You Are:

• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, events, entertainment, catering, retail, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or Human Resources.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new technology and working with spreadsheets and recruiting systems.
• Passionate about candidate experience
• Curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable connecting with people.
• Strong written and verbal communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Pay: $18 / Hour

Job Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt, Remote (must reside and work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, or Georgia)

Schedule: This is a part-time role averaging approximately 20 hours per week. Your schedule will be set collaboratively based on your availability and business needs.
