About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be much more than a sales advisor. You'll become a true Flabelus Brand Ambassador, creating meaningful connections with our customers and bringing our universe to life through exceptional service.

What you'll do

• Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity and enthusiasm.
• Deliver a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Share the story and values behind the Flabelus brand and collections.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Advise customers on styles, fits and combinations, helping them find the perfect pair for their needs and personal style.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver operational excellence.

• Previous experience in retail is appreciated, but not required. What matters most is your positive attitude, passion for people and eagerness to learn.
• Are passionate about fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Naturally connect with people and communicate with confidence.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, positive and detail-oriented.
• Speak fluent english and other languages will be a plus.
