At Flaman, we believe sales is service and that starts with trust. As an Agriculture Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the field, working directly with farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses to make sure they have the right tools, trailers, bins, and equipment to keep things moving.

Sales experience is great. A passion for Agriculture is even better. 

A Day in the Life

• You won’t be chained to a desk. You’ll be:
• Visiting customers on their yard or in the shop
• Connect with customers & build long-lasting relationships
• Quoting and closing deals with confidence
• Coordinating with rentals, service, and parts to deliver the full experience
