What Your Day Might Look Like
- Drive Comprehensive Aftermarket Operations: Direct daily operations across parts distribution, hardware support, and rental management.
- Empower Your Team: Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding, solution-oriented support.
- Optimize Customer Experience: Ensure smooth, efficient order processing, returns, rental logistics, and issue resolution across all product lines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics to align company goals and elevate overall service delivery.
- Track & Elevate Performance: Monitor key operational metrics and coach your team toward continuous process improvement.
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven leadership experience spanning parts, hardware, rentals, or broader aftermarket operations.
- A natural ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing operational priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset (but not required).
