Digital Sales & Account Manager

Main responsibilities

• Explore client goals, KPIs, and audiences to design and implement high-performing advertising campaigns.
• Negotiate access to client budgets and secure investment for key campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with publishers’ team to maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
• Oversee campaign distribution and placement across Mobile and Web marketing channels.
• Align client objectives with business goals to create tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Prepare engaging presentations, craft persuasive proposals, and confidently represent the company in client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through proactive sales strategies and account development.
• Collect, analyze, and share insights on mobile and web acquisition trends to support continuous improvement.
• Consistently exceed monthly financial targets and enjoy a results-based commission plan.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the Mobile, Digital, and Affiliate Marketing landscape, with proven experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships using digital and in-person communication channels.
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
