Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other outbound sales channels.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers across a variety of industries.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align outreach campaigns, messaging and target accounts.
Consistently achieve or exceed activity, outreach and meeting generation targets.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Accurately maintain CRM records, ensuring all activities, opportunities and customer interactions are up to date.
Continuously test, refine and improve outreach strategies to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Develop a strong understanding of Flat Rock Technology's services, including software development, staff augmentation, customer support, customer success, BPO and digital transformation solutions.
Requirements
At least 1 year's experience in an SDR, Business Development, Lead Generation or similar outbound sales role.
Proven success generating new business through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Experience working in a target-driven, KPI-focused sales environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently.
