Requirements
3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within high-growth and fast-scaling organisations.
In-house recruiting experience, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible interview experience and results.
Successful track record of negotiating with and closing tech talent.
Experience hiring high volume and niche talent.
Expertise managing volume in-bound applications, optimising advertising strategies and utilising the ATS (ideally Personio!) to manage application quality.
A focused approach to attracting and engaging passive candidates, building a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies.
The ability to think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters, and optimize your own time to move at pace.
A Data-driven approach; you’re all about the numbers and using these to optimize and influence.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
