Job Summary
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical bridge between our core AI technology and real-world enterprise impact. In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be the boots-on-the-ground architect responsible for transforming complex business challenges into autonomous, agentic solutions. You will navigate the entire lifecycle of AI deployment—from designing custom RAG pipelines and orchestrating multi-agent flows to ensuring they scale seamlessly within the infrastructures of global industry leaders.
You are someone who thrives in the field, translating customer feedback into scalable features and building the integrations that allow our LLM-powered agents to thrive in diverse environments. The role is based in Mexico City.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end deployments of autonomous AI agents within complex enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with client workflows.
- Bridge the gap between field learnings and core product, collaborating with R&D teams to translate customer feedback into scalable features.
- Design and build custom integrations and data pipelines that allow our LLM-powered agents to interact with diverse enterprise systems.
- Architect high-impact AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients, moving rapidly from initial prototype to production-ready deployments.
- Act as a technical consultant and partner for client stakeholders, solving their most critical operational challenges through innovative AI orchestration.
For this job, you must:
- Demonstrate Senior-level technical mastery in Python and modern software architecture, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade code.
- Possess deep experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG architectures), showing an ability to build beyond simple wrappers.
- Exhibit an "Extreme Ownership" mindset, capable of navigating ambiguous technical environments and driving projects to completion autonomously.
- Master Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps essentials (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), enabling you to deploy and scale software in varied environments.
- Display elite communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic value for non-technical executive stakeholders.
