The Continuous Improvement Manager evaluates processes, identifies inefficiencies, and develops solutions to reduce waste and improve productivity across Fleet Farm’s distribution operations. This role partners closely with distribution center leadership, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners to improve inventory flow, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements throughout the supply chain.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will also serve as the primary business owner of the warehouse Labor Management System (LMS), supporting the tools, standards, and processes that help drive productivity across our distribution network. What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce waste across Fleet Farm’s distribution network.
- Analyze and optimize the flow of inventory within distribution centers, including downstream impacts on store receiving and replenishment operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate root causes, and implement solutions that improve workflows and overall performance.
- Gather and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with distribution center leadership, frontline operators, Store Operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement best practices.
- Serve as the primary business owner of the warehouse Labor Management System (LMS), maintaining key elements including warehouse coordinate maps, engineered standards, and related system components.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of related experience, including prior responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong general business and supply chain knowledge with in-depth familiarity with warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies, analyze data, and develop practical solutions that improve operational performance.
- Functional knowledge and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred; experience with Manhattan WMS is a plus.
- Experience with warehouse automation technology is a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, and/or data analytics tools preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use facts and data to support recommendations.
