Senior OE Inside Sales Representative

Essential Tasks

• Make outbound sales calls.
• Prospect for new OEM customers through cold calling and other media outlets.
• Attend trade shows as an OEM Sales Representative and represent FleetPride.
• Review customer purchase history to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customer-specific programs and presentations.
• Collaborate with the OEM sales group to develop and market new products.
• Handle inbound overflow customer calls and provide appropriate service.
• Contact house accounts monthly to promote management-approved special offers.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems.
• Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Create and maintain daily order reports.
• Update and upload customer pricing matrices and maintain pricing expiration dates.
• Identify and report trends in customer calls to management.
• Process IBTs and special orders.
• Cross-reference, interchange, analyze, and proof marketing materials.
• Update inventory databases for all warehouses, including weight, part type, and minimum levels.
• Track customer orders.
• Process customer credit requests.
• Generate customer thank-you letters.
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members.

• Sit for extended periods of time.

Environmental Conditions

• Work primarily in a standard office environment with ambient room temperatures, normal lighting, and traditional office equipment.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales capacity providing high-level customer service.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Computer Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of:Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft WordMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft Access
