Als Senior Technology Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die technologische Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts und prägst maßgeblich die Produktionslandschaft der Zukunft. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team identifizierst Du neue Technologien, entwickelst daraus strategische Roadmaps und setzt diese erfolgreich um.
Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Rolle:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Technologie-Roadmap für unsere Fertigungs- und Produktionsprozesse
Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Technology-Teams
Evaluierung, Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Fertigungs- und Automatisierungstechnologien
Leitung strategischer Technologie- und Entwicklungsprojekte
Verantwortung für Technologieprojekte, Budgets sowie das Analyse- und Kalibrierlabor
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Konzernstandorten, Kunden und Technologiepartnern
Identifikation von Technologietrends und deren Überführung in wettbewerbsfähige Produktionslösungen
Diese Fähigkeiten wären großartig:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer technischen Führungsfunktion im industriellen Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Technologien und Produktionsprozesse
Führungskompetenz sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Experten
Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma oder vergleichbaren Methoden
Strategisches Denkvermögen, Innovationskraft und hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
