Come, Be part of it.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="color: rgb(31, 90, 208);">You Do :&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead&nbsp; and empower engineering team to align with organization’s objective.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understand Business requirement and Product specification and translate in to technical specifications</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design Core backend components of Product and drive engineers towards implementation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Jump in to the implementation for complex product development as needed.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Review Product Quality and manage agile engineering processes for better productivity.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="color: rgb(31, 90, 208);">You Have :</span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience of System Design and Architecture by learning business or product specifications.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong in fundamentals of &nbsp;computer science concepts.
(Data &nbsp;Structure, Algorithms)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong ability to work with engineers and lead the team to make product release goals.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands on experience in coding backend (Java, REST, Database).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience of developing scalable and high performance enterprise platform.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Total 5+ years of professional experience in IT Industry.</p></li></ul>
