Come, Be part of it.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><span style="color: rgb(31, 90, 208);"><strong>You Do : </strong></span></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Run Talent acquisition and retention activities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Activities towards building a brand from talent acquisition perspective.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">HR Operations : Induction, Joining, Payroll and Exit processes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Coordinate legal, finance other administration processes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Translate Organization’s Cultural Values in to organization.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong><span style="color: rgb(31, 90, 208);">You Have :</span></strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">2-4 years of experience, Graduate/HR or MBA.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in Technical Recruitment and HR Operations.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of recruitment cycle specially for Technical Talent.</p></li></ul>
