    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    We are looking for proactive and communicative university students. You will assist in exhibition preparation (both domestic and international), booth setup, and materials management, write corporate press releases, and support their promotion. You will also handle daily administrative tasks and event planning. This role gives you hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and administration—great for students who are adaptable, organized, and enjoy diverse work.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Marketing & Business Development:

    • Assist in the application and preparation for domestic and international exhibitions.
    • Responsible for booth setup and the organization and shipping of exhibition materials.
    • Draft corporate press releases and assist in their distribution and promotion.

    Administrative Affairs:

    • Handle daily administrative tasks (e.g., document filing, office supplies management, etc.).
    • Assist in the planning and execution of internal company events.

    CORE COMEPETENCIES: 

    • Proactive, with good communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
    • Strong writing skills, able to draft basic copy such as press releases.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking and good time management.
    • Basic event planning skills, able to assist in execution from concept to implementation.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete assigned tasks on time and report issues promptly.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

    • Proficient in common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Basic writing skills; experience in drafting press releases or event copy is a plus.
    • Experience in exhibition support, event organization, or student club activities is preferred.
    • Basic English reading and writing skills; able to handle simple English emails or documents is a plus.
    • Able to commit to at least 3 working days per week; stable internship of 6 months or more is preferred.
    • All majors are welcome; Marketing, Administration, Journalism, Communications, or related fields are a plus (not mandatory).

    EXPECTATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    • Quickly get familiar with company operations and exhibition processes, and handle exhibition-related support tasks independently.
    • Proactively follow up on press release distribution and promotion progress to ensure content accuracy and timely publishing.
    • Manage administrative tasks in an organized manner, prioritize effectively, and minimize last-minute rushes.
    • Communicate promptly with supervisors when uncertainties arise, avoid making unilateral decisions, and reduce rework.
    • Maintain stable weekly attendance, continuously build experience, and gradually take on more coordination and execution responsibilities.
