POSITION SUMMARY: 

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented university students to join our Product & Manufacturing Department. We are looking for responsible university students to support our Product & Manufacturing Operations team with daily tasks. You will assist in drawing modifications, BOM organization, sample testing, and production data tracking, as well as quality checks and inventory counting. No prior experience requires just a willingness to learn and an eye for detail. This role gives you hands-on exposure to the entire process from product design to production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Participate in product/process scheme discussions and assist in drawing preparation and modifications.
• Organize BOM (Bill of Materials) and process documentation.
• Support sample testing and data recording.
• Assist in guiding product assembly and production and contribute to design optimization.
• Follow up on production plan execution and compile basic data such as output and yield rate.
• Participate in on-site quality inspection and non-conforming product analysis.
• Assist in material verification and inventory counting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Proficient in common office software (e.g., Excel, Word), with basic data organization and statistical skills.
• Familiarity with CAD or other drafting software is a plus but not required.
• Experience in student activities, project participation, or on-campus internships is preferred.
• Able to commit to at least 3 working days per week; stable internship of 6 months or more is preferred.
  Majors in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
• Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields are a plus (not mandatory).

EXPECTATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Quickly integrate into the team and proactively learn about product processes and production workflows.
• Complete daily tasks such as drawing modifications, BOM organization, and data statistics on time with high accuracy.
• Proactively identify and report issues on the production floor and assist in driving problem resolution.
• Maintain good communication with colleagues; seek help promptly when encountering difficulties to avoid backlog.
• Maintain stable weekly attendance, continuously learn, and gradually improve the ability to work independently.
