    Job Description:

    About Us

Omni is our industry-leading, AI-powered Intelligence Platform. By uniting data, creativity and technology across our workflows and capabilities, we can deliver more, better, and faster than ever before. Built on the world's largest data layer, we enable agencies to create next-generation marketing and sales plans with unparalleled intelligence. With global teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, we offer meaningful work, growth opportunities, and the support to excel.

    The Opportunity

As the Director, AI Training & Development, you will design, orchestrate, and scale enterprise-wide upskilling and training programs across Omnicom’s global agencies and connected capabilities. You will quickly establish yourself as a primary expert on Omnicom's proprietary tool suite, partner platforms, and advanced generative features. Your mission is to facilitate accelerated, advanced AI tool adoption, ensuring that our experts are equipped to transform traditional workflows and continuously adapt to the rapid evolution of agentic and model capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and achieve core training KPIs, including employee reach, session delivery, agentic usage rates, and broad-scale platform adoption across all network businesses.

    • Serve as the premier AI advisory resource for business unit leaders, capability leads, and enterprise client-service teams.

    • Systematically collect training feedback and operational user pain points, funneling these insights back to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap planning, upgrades, and feature releases.

    • Establish UAT strategy and quality gates for training programs, ensuring deep educational readiness, operational standards, and brand consistency.

    • Synchronize connected AI narratives and specific, role-based use cases in tight coordination with Omni product training teams.

    • Design, build, and distribute interactive training materials that provide hands-on, simulated experiences tailored to users of all technical skill levels.

    • Continuously iterate training curricula to reflect live changes in internal tooling, external model partnerships, and emergent agentic technology.

    • Present clearly and concisely to executive stakeholders, managing program risks, adoption barriers, and training escalations with high professional composure.

    • Cultivate an internal community of practice where specialized super-users can share success tactics and workflow shortcuts to accelerate peer-to-peer training.

    Qualification and Leadership Qualities

    • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, technical talent enablement, learning & development, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.

    • 2+ years of practical, hands-on experience architecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (including prompting structures, custom GPTs, and automated workflows).

    • Deep instructional curiosity and a strong passion for translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging, and action-oriented curricula.

    • Excellent presentation and visual communication skills, with a track record of designing interactive learning modules, video assets, and digital training collateral.

    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven capability of mobilizing cross-functional, highly matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.

    $150,000 - $160,000 USD

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.

Omnicom is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you.
