Position Title: Mortgage Systems Administration Coordinator 2
Business Unit: Mortgage Administration
Reports to: Manager of Mortgage Systems and Operations
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The incumbent participates in implementation of new systems, upgrades, and deployment of workflow procedures. The incumbent completes testing and documentation of system changes. The incumbent ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers and business partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Researches, maintains and responds to an internal ticketing system for user issues.
Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures.
Performs daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
Performs regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Participates in system implementation.
Creates, changes and deletes user accounts per request.
Develops and maintains installation and configuration procedures.
Researches and recommends innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identifies approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
