About the Role
As a Sales Designer at Focus Global, you will be part of a team of talented designers who transform ordinary living spaces into luxurious homes. You will combine your design expertise, creativity, and client engagement skills to provide personalized solutions for high-end residential interiors while representing some of the world’s leading home and kitchen brands.
Key Responsibilities
Design Consultation & Space Planning
- Advise clients on interior design considerations, including space planning, layout, functionality, and utilization of kitchen equipment
- Recommend appropriate home furnishings, materials, finishes, and color combinations based on client requirements and preferences
- Translate client needs into thoughtful and functional design solutions
Client Engagement & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals
- Understand client requirements and provide knowledgeable recommendations throughout the sales and design process
- Support showroom sales activities and guide clients through product and design selections
- Develop a strong reputation as a trusted design and product expert
Brand & Product Representation
- Represent and promote world-class brands such as SieMatic, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, design applications, and brand standards
- Participate in showroom training and hands-on learning opportunities to continuously strengthen design and product expertise
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate of Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable, outgoing, and confident in engaging with clients
- Strong interest in interior design, home furnishings, and premium lifestyle products
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have (Optional but Recommended)
- Sales or client-facing experience
- Experience in interior design, architecture, furniture, kitchen systems, or related industries
- Knowledge of space planning, kitchen design, furniture, or residential interiors
- Familiarity with design software and technology tools
