Senior Producer

For Good & Co is looking for a full time Senior Producer. Our brand is evolving as an agency by way of talent, experience, collaboration, and passion for creating inspiring work. As a Contract Designer, you will work directly with For Good & Company’s creative team, project management team and production team on a variety of client work. You will work to understand our client’s objectives, and work with your creative directors to bring that creative vision to life.

As projects move into production, you will work in tandem with producers and project managers to produce a variety of design deliverables for high quality production. Producers collaborate closely with our Project Management, Creative, Technical, Hospitality, Account and Finance teams in pulling off whatever our agency dreams up.

They are the bridge between concepts and realistic execution within budget, making sure that projects are executed efficiently and flawlessly throughout their lifespan. Producers manage a variety of projects and activations within the experiential and storytelling space ranging from virtual and live events to custom builds, creative campaigns and everything in between. Producers: Collaborate with tactfully and creatively with all teams Create and manage project budgets From initial estimate through final invoice Source and manage vendors Create and manage onsite schedules and call sheets Lead pre/ pro and other production meetings Lead and support onsite teams Lead rehearsals Supervise all elements of crew travel Manage expectations internally regarding scope and feasibility within budget and timeline Show proficiency in the design and technical languages of all project types Show ability to simultaneously work within established process while remaining flexible and innovative Project types include: Campaigns Resource Management Content Production Activation Management Event Management Live onstage with audio visual Virtual Live/ Virtual Hybrid Custom builds Scenic Retail Vehicles Seeding Kits Swag Trade show booths Print projects Experiential activations Video/ photo productions and shoots Trade show onsite management Marketing Tours Brand Ambassador sourcing and management Tour Logistics
