About the Role

We’re looking for a highly resourceful, proactive Creator, Casting & Influencer Specialist to help build and own our growing creator and talent pipeline across high-volume performance creative.

This person will be responsible for finding the right people for the right creative. From UGC creators and on-camera talent to influencers and subject-matter experts. You should know how to dig beyond the obvious sources, move quickly against specific personas and briefs, and build a reliable roster we can return to again and again.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt, knows where and how to find great talent, and can turn an initial brief into strong, actionable casting options.

What You’ll Do:

• Own hands-on creator, talent and influencer sourcing across multiple campaigns, verticals and creative needs
• Source extensively across Instagram Creator Marketplace, TikTok Creator Marketplace, creator platforms, casting platforms, social channels, agencies, management companies, referrals and direct outreach
• Research and test new sourcing tools and partners, including platforms such as Cohley, creator marketplaces, influencer agencies, casting agencies and emerging creator networks
• Translate creative briefs and defined personas into targeted searches and curated talent recommendations
• Conduct proactive outreach to creators, influencers, talent, agents and managers
• Build relationships with creator agencies, influencer agencies, casting agencies and talent representatives to expand our sourcing capabilities
• Vet potential talent for creative fit, on-camera presence, content quality, authenticity, reliability, audience fit and campaign requirements
• Gather and track rates, availability, capabilities, representation, location and other key talent information
• Coordinate initial creator tests and help identify talent for an ongoing Preferred Creator Roster
• Build and maintain a centralized, searchable Creator & Talent Library, with clear tagging across personas, verticals, capabilities and performance
• Keep sourcing moving quickly through consistent outreach, follow-up, tracking and communication
• Surface gaps in the creator pool and proactively source against upcoming needs
• Partner closely with Creative Strategy, Creative Directors and Production to anticipate future creator needs rather than sourcing reactively

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in creator sourcing, casting, influencer marketing, talent partnerships or creator management
• Strong knowledge of the current creator ecosystem and sourcing landscape
• Comfortable navigating social platforms and marketplaces to find talent beyond traditional casting channels
• Highly resourceful researcher who can take a specific persona and figure out where and how to find them
• Strong eye for on-camera talent and an understanding of what makes someone compelling in short-form creative
• Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple searches, outreach threads and talent pipelines simultaneously
• Proactive, communicative and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume creative environment
• Experience working with performance marketing, paid social or high-volume creative strongly preferred

Big Pluses:

• Existing relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, casting agencies or creator agencies
• Experience negotiating creator/influencer rates and packages
• Understanding of usage rights, paid media usage, whitelisting/allowlisting, exclusivity and renewals
• Experience reviewing or coordinating creator agreements, releases and other talent contract requirements
• Experience sourcing and managing both UGC creators and influencers
• Familiarity with creator management, influencer discovery and casting platforms

Success in This Role

You’re helping us move from one-off creator searches to a repeatable sourcing engine. We should know where to find talent, what they cost, who performs well, who we want to work with again, and have an increasingly strong roster ready for future creative needs.
