$19.00/hr to $21.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Summary:

Provides administrative support; maintains an organized front office. Assists the Safety Coordinator in the administration of Safety Programs.
The individual for this role should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with strong administrative and organizational skills. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and maintain strict confidentiality.
This is a fast-paced working environment with frequent changes and adjusting timelines.

Effective multi-tasking and adaptability are necessary to be successful in this position.
Prior experience assisting with the administration of safety programs in the workplace is desired.
Most work is completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment; some daily work is carried out on the production floor and occasionally work is completed outdoors.
Some local travel is occasionally required therefore the individual is required to maintain a current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
