As part of our expansion, we're hiring a Solutions Engineer to oversee the post-sales phase with the Ops and Tech team including product implementation, day-to-day operations, and potential account expansion. We're a team of 30, growing to 40+ soon. We're all about customer experience, product, and strong expertise.
Becoming the financial backend for major SaaS platforms is about trust and proving our product's value in mission-critical environments. ## **What you’ll do** You will work mostly on post-sales operations. * Work closely with our Post-Operations team throughout the customer journey * Develop a **deep understanding of our customer use cases**, flows of funds, and business objectives to add value effectively. * Ensure an **excellent customer experience** and apply technical expertise throughout the implementation by maintaining consistent, clear communication with multiple stakeholders. * Differentiate between "must-have" and "nice-to-have" requirements and feedback from the customer during the deployment. * Own the **technical implementation** process: identify and document project milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery * Identify and mitigate project risks such as scope creep, stakeholder engagement, customer IT resourcing, and internal backlogs, escalating issues to internal or customer executives as necessary. * Maintain **clear and consistent communication** with internal and external stakeholders * Use these "live" cases to create a repeatable playbook, incorporating learnings, frameworks, and best practices to support our growth. ## **Who you are** * Over 5 years of experience in software engineering within the payments or fintech space * A passion for precision in scoping implementations or migrations, and excelling in negotiations with strategic thinking, patience, and emotional intelligence.
