Your work will directly empower teams across the business by resolving user issues, maintaining data integrity, and enabling scalable solutions that support our growth. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive mindset, strong technical acumen, and a passion for user support.
This role has a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ administration, supporting core Lead-to-Cash processes including quoting, pricing, discounting, and order flow. Ideal for an Administrator with 2–3 years’ Salesforce experience who has worked closely with Sales Operations and Finance.
    Key Responsibilities
    • System Administration: Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ components including products, price books, discount schedules, price rules, product rules, bundles, and approvals to support scalable and compliant quoting.
    • User Support: Provide day-to-day support for Sales and Sales Operations users, including quote setup, pricing issues, approval flows, and post-deployment CPQ support.
    • Change Management: Support CPQ-related change requests including pricing changes, product catalogue updates, contract terms, and approval logic, ensuring changes are tested and documented.
    • Project Delivery: Participate in CPQ enhancements, optimisations, and rollout activities, working closely with Solution Architects and external partners where required.
    • Data & Integrity (optional new bullet): Support CPQ data quality across products, pricing, and quoting outputs, ensuring accuracy for downstream systems (e.g. ERP).
    • Project Delivery: Lead or contribute to strategic Salesforce initiatives that enhance capabilities.
    • Performance Optimisation: Participate and support activities for the monitoring of system performance, and conduct regular system audits and health checks as directed.
    • Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce Salesforce security protocols to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
    • Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades and migrations.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
    • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Participate and support collaboration with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce product developments and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
    Must Have Skills & Experience
    • 2–3 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administrator experience, primarily in Sales Cloud.
    • Practical experience administering Salesforce CPQ in a live production environment.
    • Understanding of Lead‑to‑Quote / Lead‑to‑Cash processes, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and renewals.
    • Experience supporting Sales users in quote creation and troubleshooting CPQ issues.
    • Experience with Salesforce data tools (e.g. Data Loader) including CPQ‑related data sets.
    • Strong communicator able to translate business requirements into practical CPQ configurations
    • Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience managing change requests and supporting system upgrades.
    Nice-to-Have / Preferred
    • Salesforce CPQ experience (2+ years preferred).
      • Exposure to ERP or Finance integrations (e.g. NetSuite, Certinia) in a quote-to-order or order-to-cash context.
      • Experience working in a multi-entity or acquisition-driven environment.
      • Familiarity with release cycles impacting CPQ pricing or product models.
    Desired Qualifications
