You would act as the key Account Manager for public sector accounts within your assigned territory, with a focus on driving long-term strategic engagement and adoption of Fortinet’s solutions.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will:

• Create and implement strategic account plans to support the broad deployment of Fortinet products and services across public sector organizations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and deliver proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiate business terms to achieve outcomes that are beneficial for both Fortinet and the customer.
• Serve as the main point of contact for account activities, information sharing, and executive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal account teams to ensure quality execution and shared success within the region.
• Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Travel as required to engage customers and partners and support business development efforts.

We Are Looking For:

A relationship-focused and results-driven team member. We welcome applicants who bring the following skills and experience:

• Experience in technology sales, preferably in the public sector.
• Understanding of cybersecurity or enterprise networking is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and thriving in an individual contributor role.
• Previous success selling security solutions such as Firewall/VPN, Antivirus, or IDS/IDP.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to a range of audiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and develop strong internal and external relationships.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and motivation.
