We are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing Fortinet's Public Sector business across the assigned territory. This role has a strong focus on new business development, building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and expanding Fortinet's presence across the region.

You will work closely with Public Sector organisations, particularly within the COTER ecosystem, including communities, CHUs, metropolitan authorities, departmental councils and SDIS.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around Rouen, Le Havre, Caen, Le Mans, Évreux, Lisieux, Falaise, Mayenne or Alençon, providing effective coverage of the territory. You will be supported locally by Fortinet's Systems Engineering and Channel teams.

As a Regional Account Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify, prospect and acquire new Public Sector customers across the assigned territory
• Drive adoption of Fortinet solutions across new and existing Public Sector accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within COTER organisations
• Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements, procurement processes and Public Sector priorities
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through to negotiation and closing
• Lead and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and RFP responses
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Channel and Marketing teams to maximise opportunities and customer engagement
• Conduct regular customer visits across the territory to support business development and account growth

We Are Looking For

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. You may be a strong fit if you bring:

• Proven experience in technology sales, ideally within cybersecurity, networking or a related technology environment
• Proven experience selling to Public Sector customers in France
• A strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes and customer environments
• Existing relationships within Public Sector organisations, particularly within the COTER ecosystem, are highly valued
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking technologies, including firewalls, VPN, antivirus, IDS/IPS or related solutions
• A track record of achieving sales targets through new business development and territory expansion
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong customer focus
• A resilient, dynamic and tenacious approach suited to developing a territory and opening new accounts
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
